This Samhain, Carlow Libraries transform into magical spaces full of eerie wonder, thrilling tales, and spine-tingling fun for the whole family. From October 28th to 31st, libraries across the county will become vibrant hubs of spooky creativity and storytelling as part of Samhain Festival 2025.
