Section 254 License - Placement of Tables and Chairs on the Public Road/Footpath
Under Section 254(9) of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended), it is an offence to erect, construct, place or maintain an appliance, apparatus, or structure on, under, over or along any public road without having a licence to do so.
The Fee, as prescribed under the Planning & Development Regulations as amended, is €0 per annum to 31st December 2021.
