Carlow County Council operates an active inspection programme of all its properties which has been enhanced with the recruitment of an additional Tenant Liaison Officer. If there is evidence that a property is being illegally occupied and there is trespassers on any site, Carlow County Council and its agents will act immediately to remove the trespassers from the property.
