The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) based in Kerry County Council, manages two spend categories, on behalf of the public sector, Minor Building Works and Plant Hire.
LGOPC has developed frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems such as plant hire, minor building works, road making materials, road signs and ancillaries, civil engineering materials, energy efficiency retrofitting and minor building works – tradespersons.
