Carlow County Council Arts Service have supported a number of music programmes working in healthcare settings, most recently through the Creative Ireland Live Music in Residential Healthcare Settings Scheme.
Carlow County Council Arts Service under the Creative Ireland programme have managed and supported local musicians to perform a concert series titled Carlow Rambling Sessions in residential healthcare settings throughout the county.
Since 2021, all residential healthcare settings throughout County Carlow have experienced this programme.
