Powerhouse Women in Business Network is thrilled to announce the third annual Powerhouse Picnic, an invigorating networking event dedicated to celebrating and empowering women in business in associated with Network Ireland.
This year’s event will take place on Thursday, 27th June 2024 at The Woodford Dolmen Hotel, Carlow, with renowned TV personality Lucy Kennedy as the Master of Ceremonies and a host of enterprise talent sharing their stories.

This year, there are two panel events: Women Supporting Women Panel, featuring Edel Maher (Bank Manager, Bank of Ireland), Gemma Purcell (Enterprise Development Manager, SETU Carlow), Megan Manning (President, Network Ireland Carlow), Stacey Phelan (EU Coordinator, Carlow Local Enterprise Office), and Melissa Doyle (Business Advisor, Carlow Local Enterprise Office). Gemma Purcell highlights the essence of the event by stating, "The power of connections is unparalleled in driving personal and professional success. This event is a testament to how women can uplift each other through shared experiences and mutual support."

The event is run in partnership between Carlow County Council – Local Enterprise Office and Network Ireland – Carlow Branch.
