We are about to launch our survey, to get your input on the challenges facing Carlow town centre and what you'd like to see happen to improve it. This survey is part of a non-statutory public consultation before proposals are finalised and planning permission is applied for. It is a follow on from the extensive consultation that was carried out as part of Project Carlow 2040.
